Shelley McMullen is a Denver native and has 15 years of experience working in both land development and public transportation projects. She has experience in a variety of disciplines from large transit studies to full construction drawings for small sites, with the majority of her most recent experience providing civil design support for public roadway and rail projects. Shelley is currently in her final year of completing a dual Master of Urban Regional Planning and Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and looks forward to having the opportunity to integrate planning and policy knowledge into her engineering experience with Fox Tuttle. Shelley received her Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with a minor in Public Affairs from Colorado School of Mines. In addition to work and schoolwork, Shelley is the Communications chair for Women in Design and sits on the Mayor’s Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
