Stephen has worked as a consulting engineer for over eight years with a focus on providing traffic and transportation analyses for development projects throughout Colorado. His project experience includes preparation and oversight of traffic studies, parking studies, signal modifications, and signal progression assessments, helping to achieve safety and operational goals for roadway networks. With an extensive range of experience from small privately owned businesses to large subdivisions and master planned developments, he is dedicated to providing quality service in coordinating project specific needs between government agencies and project stakeholders working closely with architects, civil engineers, real estate representatives, and private landowners. Stephen received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Colorado native who enjoys hiking and camping in the Rocky Mountains. He is also an enthusiastic traveler with an interest in international mobility systems and foreign cultures
