Steve Tuttle brings nearly 30 years of experience across public and private-sector transportation initiatives and has helped build Fox Tuttle into a respected leader in complete streets, safety, and multimodal operations throughout Colorado. As a principal owner, he combines deep technical credibility with strategic leadership, guiding public agencies through complex mobility challenges and helping communities translate long-term vision into practical, implementable solutions.

Through the leadership of its founding partners, Fox Tuttle has become a trusted advisor to municipalities statewide, known for collaborative partnerships, forward-thinking strategies, and technical excellence.

Steve is a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), an award recipient from the Institute of Transportation Engineers for his work with the City of Boulder, a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, and a former U.S. Air Force officer.
